Emotional Physics:

A Clinical Framework for Working with Emotional

Regulation and Resistance

Emotional Physics gives clinicians an accessible, clinically informed framework that

borrows from the laws of the physical world to make emotional patterns easier to name, understand, and work with in session. Grounded in neuroscience, somatic psychology, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care, this live program bridges conceptual understanding and everyday clinical practice.
